Kimberly has played a significant role in successfully launching luxury residential developments throughout the Tampa Bay Area over the last ten years. Kimberly was involved with the debut of ONE St. Petersburg in Downtown St. Pete, Pinellas County's tallest building standing at 41 stories with 253 units. She was also a key player in launching and introducing Tampa's newest Westshore Marina District to the community and facilitating the initial sales of Marina Pointe's first tower. Kimberly was half of the team selling South Tampa's newest completed luxury condominium, Altura Bayshore, featuring 73 custom residences with one of the first rooftop pool experiences in the Bayshore area, and is actively pre-selling Tampa's Aqua Towers in the gated Westshore Yacht Club neighborhood.
